Role Description
The Trainee Retail Locksmith role is a full-time, on-site position based at Eydens' premises in Coventry.
Day-to-day tasks include assisting experienced locksmiths with key cutting, lock fitting, and basic lock repairs, as well as learning how to diagnose and resolve common lock and security issues.
The role involves serving customers at the retail counter, handling inquiries, and providing clear information about security products and services.
As skills develop, the trainee will support maintenance and repair work, help prepare tools and materials, and maintain a clean and organized workshop and retail area.
