The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to play a central role in our digital output. This is a hands-on position combining content creation, paid media, campaign delivery and client coordination. You'll be responsible for managing social channels, executing performance-driven campaigns and contributing to strategic thinking across a diverse client base. You will sit at the intersection of creativity and performance - ensuring our work not only looks exceptional, but delivers measurable results.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing day-to-day social media activity across multiple accounts
- Planning and scheduling content with structured, forward-thinking calendars
- Creating high-quality, platform-native content for social, including short-form video, graphics and written copy, tailored for both organic and paid distribution
- Launching, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Content creation and ability to oversee more complex content briefs with wider team
- Monitoring performance, analysing data and delivering clear, actionable reports
- Supporting ongoing website updates and digital improvements where required
- Interpreting client briefs and translating them into structured digital plans
- Supporting the development of social and digital strategies
- Assisting in the creation of high-quality pitch decks and presentations
- Coordinating timelines, approvals and deliverables with clients
Creative Operations & Quality Control
- Organising creative assets and maintaining streamlined workflows
- Tracking campaign progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Reviewing content to ensure brand consistency, accuracy and polish
- Keeping internal systems and reporting documentation up to date
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a creative agency or similar environment
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimisation
- Strong experience creating engaging, platform-native content for social media (including short-form video, graphics and copy) and confident shooting and editing simple social-first content where required
- Ability to work with a diverse client portfolio with individual brand requirements and needs and adapt quickly to different projects
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience contributing to strategic thinking and pitch development
