The opportunity
In this role, you will provide efficient and effective processing of HR administration within specific procedural and service guidelines. You will be responsible for the accurate and speedy processing of all leave of absence activity (family leaves, unpaid leave, sickness absence etc) in accordance with agreed key performance indicators, and the coordination of this information for the precise processing of payroll activity.
You will have the opportunity to develop professional working relationships with key Talent stakeholders including HR Business Consultants and other operational contacts. You should be committed to your own personal development through completion of appropriate learning, and the development of the team by identifying potential process improvements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider Talent Shared Services and HR projects and initiatives.
