Technology and business process sit at the heart of most modern organisations, creating opportunity while introducing complex risk. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll join our Technology Risk teams, blending digital expertise with advanced technology and controls insight to help clients understand, manage and transform. You’ll drive impact - helping organisations grow, protect and evolve through technology‑led solutions to real‑world challenges.
Core Skills For Success
- Learning agility - Gaining a broad understanding of the business and IT landscape of some of our biggest clients, including their approach to cybersecurity, internal controls, data protection, resiliency, and software asset management.
- Curious mindset - Assessing complex projects to spot risks and make recommendations.
- Analytical thinking - Analysing data, communicating with clients and presenting your work.
- Digital, data and AI fluency - Understanding the risks associated with emerging technologies, including cloud adoption, the use of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Use data, technology and professional judgement to help clients safeguard their Business and IT environments and meet contractual and legislative obligations.
- Grow in your career to lead meetings, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate with EY teams across the globe working across a portfolio of work assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and from home.
- Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching, and formal learning towards industry‑standard qualifications.
Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
