Technology Consulting Graduate Programme – September 2026 intake. The programme helps organisations leverage technology to transform their businesses. The pace of technology change is increasing year on year, with a focus on agility, speed, insight, customer centricity, and ensuring security, trust and compliance. Within Technology Consulting, we fuse business insight with technology, digital and data solutions to transform client businesses and gain competitive advantage. We are building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation, delivering technology-enabled transformation to help generate long-term value and collaborating with our Business Consulting practice to support clients through their transformation journey.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working across a range of industries and clients to address technology challenges.
- Becoming well-rounded in a range of market leading digital and emerging technologies such as GenAI.
- Applying technology solutions to solve our client’s complex technology challenges.
- Leveraging the expertise of our teams to shape our client’s technology agenda and transformation journey.
- Helping our clients plan and deliver organisation-wide transformation programmes.
- Working across a portfolio of clients with a mix of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and occasionally from home. Requirements vary by client/project.
- Opportunities to work across competencies such as Platforms, Cyber Security, AI and Data, Digital Engineering, Technology Strategy and Transformations, Programme Management & Delivery.
