EY is recruiting a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager to design and deliver a market-leading, technology-enabled candidate experience across EY’s talent acquisition lifecycle. You’ll lead the Candidate Experience function, ensuring high-quality, personalised engagement for active and passive talent, and partner with Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence. You will oversee CRM and ATS platforms (Beamery and SuccessFactors), drive automation, data interpretation and scalable.
