Your key responsibilities:
- Join our dynamic Sales & Growth team within the Innovation Hive to be at the forefront of transforming tax services with cutting‑edge technology.
- You will have a leadership role in the team and be responsible for supporting clients to evolve and adapt their current processes to be fit for the future by using our market‑leading technology platform and offerings.
- Manage and prioritise a portfolio of client Software-as-a-Service (‘SaaS’) engagements, driving new revenues, achieving operational excellence, innovation, and building long‑term relationships.
- Be the technology lead on client pitches, providing insightful demos tailored to client challenges, managing the commercial approach, and overseeing client onboarding.
- Work with the wider Innovation Hive team to provide input and feedback that helps shape the ongoing development of solutions/platform.
- Build relationships with the key internal stakeholders across Tax & Law and work with them to develop new and innovative technology‑enabled solutions.
- Be a leader within the Innovation Hive’s Sales & Growth team, providing coaching, managing resourcing and assessing priorities across the various ongoing initiatives.
