The Opportunity

This role offers a chance to join EY\’s Transformation capability within the Tax Technology and Transformation Consulting team. Focused on leveraging Generative AI to improve tax compliance and strategy, it provides a unique platform for a forward-thinking professional to influence the future of tax functions in a tech-driven environment. You will collaborate with multinational clients and engage with EY’s global network, expanding your professional connections.

Emerging technologies like Generative AI enable clients to rethink their tax operations. This role involves understanding client challenges and exploring how such technologies can meet their needs, ensuring ROI and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Understand client needs and challenges, proposing innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI and other technologies to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment and success.
• Training and Development: Support training initiatives for team members and clients on AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Project Management: Assist in managing the Gen AI Campaign, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Technology, Project Management, Tax Technology, Tax Compliance, or related advisory roles, either in-house or in professional services.
