The Resource Consultant is a dedicated resource responsible for managing demand requests and fulfillment, triaging and escalating complex requests to RMs, and ensuring data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Supply and demand management: Managing demand requests and fulfillment, escalating to RM for complex cases; Collaborating with Engagement Leads to ensure open roles are accurately published, enabling client servers to identify suitable opportunities; Providing insights into technology-generated shortlists; Presenting candidate shortlists to Engagement Leads for low-complexity engagements or RMs for more complex cases; Analyzing capacity trends and delivering reports to stakeholders; Offering alternative resourcing options to Engagement Leads.
  • Employee experience management: Working with RMs to understand client server characteristics (skills, aspirations, development, preferences, boundaries, availability); Applying a DE&I perspective on resourcing decisions.
  • Commercial reporting and analysis: Ensuring data accuracy across platforms; Reviewing data trends (pipeline, performance, utilization, DE&I), providing recommendations and highlighting concerns; Handling regulatory reporting for service lines like Audit.
  • Team contribution: Contributing to the wider Resourcing function to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Line Management: Potential coaching opportunities for the offshore RA team.
  • Accountability: Reporting to Resource Managers.
