The Team
The Corporate Tax team at EY supports a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PEâbacked, and AIMâlisted businesses, along with multinational inbound and PLCs groups shareholders. We aim to be trusted advisors, delivering a full suite of corporate tax advisory and compliance services. Our work includes:
- Compliance and reporting
- Group reorganisations and restructurings
- Transaction structuring and support
- Ongoing tax advisory services related to dayâtoâday operations
What Youâll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Proactively develop business and contribute to winning new work
- Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to training, retention, and wider people initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- ACA/CTA/Tax Inspector qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance
- Business development experience, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder relationship skills
