Secure engagement from business and BMC stakeholders.
  • Recommend client journeys and target actions within portfolio to stakeholders including Business Development, ensure processes for hand-off to other teams are in place, and measure response.
  • Maintain close relationship with Global teams and an overview of available globally created content and agree which to activate in the UK, working with UK stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify and drive the use of AI tools that will allow for more distinctive and engaging messaging.

Content design, build and creation

  • Brief portfolio aligned Digital Content Managers to deliver site-ready content (by editing business-created content, localising global content or creating UK-specific content) that supports priority products and services.
  • Project manage creation of new content, managing through from brief to page build and publishing.

  • Ensure delivery of any regulatory-required materials within the portfolio within deadlines.
  • Ensure that all content on ey.com/uk meets brand standards, whilst simplifying the process for the business.
