What You Will Be Doing
- Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting specialisms, such as change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.
- Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions. Your day‑to‑day activities will vary depending on your project.
- Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.
- Supporting workshops and contributing to reports, presentations and other deliverables.
- Working across a portfolio of clients assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and occasionally from home. It will vary by client/project and will depend on the requirements of both the client and project team.
- Contributing to developing our practice and on business development by helping with proposals.
