About the Role
The EY Pensions Consulting Team is hiring! We are looking for a high-impact, delivery-focused individual with strong DB experience. This role will form part of a high-performing team managing the pensions strategy, governance, and policies of EY’s pension arrangements across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Secretary to Trustee in governance and operations of the legacy Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme.
- Act as Risk Officer to the Trustee, managing the risk management framework and Risk Register.
- Manage regulatory and legislative compliance for EY and the Trustee.
- Support day-to-day management of EY’s UK and ROI pension arrangements.
- Manage EY’s Group Risk benefits and oversee related processes.
- Assist in managing the pension budget.
- Lead specific projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in pension management, preferably in consultancy or in-house roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of DB schemes and trust-based arrangements.
- Understanding of current legislation and regulatory challenges.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of workload.
