We are seeking an exceptional Manager to join our Life Sciences Consulting team to focus on driving and delivering value for our clients via Technology Transformation. In this role, you will work on discrete consulting projects as well as large‑scale technology transformations, predominantly across the Life Sciences commercial area.
This position requires a unique blend of functional and technology skills as well as business acumen, and excellence in stakeholder management to address complex business challenges effectively.
How you can deliver Impact for our clients
- Be client value focused, using your background in Life Sciences commerce to advise the client and deliver value while being a great ambassador for EY.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration across technology, design, and business teams to optimise processes across Sales, Marketing & Medical effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions and present innovative technical concepts to non‑technical audiences with clarity and impact.
- Develop roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations.
- Manage expectations and develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with functional and technical resources across the IT landscape, including data, platforms, testing, and architecture, to define technical solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of compelling bid responses and proposals as part of the solution sales lifecycle.
- Be a role model to peers and junior resources to foster an exceptional working experience at EY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in a STEM field (Master\’s preferred).
- Life Sciences commercial and technology experience such as sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in consulting or client‑facing roles, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects or technology solutions.
- Experience in pre‑sales cycle with ability to create compelling proposals, including knowledge of creating commercial propositions.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, particularly in conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
