The team supports clients to assess their international tax strategies and provides a full spectrum of services across the entire transfer pricing life cycle. As a member of this team, you’ll work on multidisciplinary projects helping clients develop integrated and far‑sighted global strategies in the ever‑changing regulatory environment. This may include, but is certainly not limited to, designing new transfer pricing models following business expansions or restructuring, leading HMRC interactions in controversy situations, supporting high‑profile transactions, and helping businesses meet their compliance obligations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drafting high‑quality technical deliverables in relation to a broad range of transfer pricing issues.
- Manage the efficient and successful delivery of all types of transfer pricing engagements to a broad range of clients, including private clients, FTSE listed companies, and inbound multinationals across multiple industries.
- Utilise EY’s market leading technology and AI‑enabled solutions in delivering client services, and contribute to the continued development of these technology solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts to provide high levels of service, focusing on technical excellence and taking a practical / business driven approach.
- Actively seek to partner with a diverse range of EY client serving teams to identify new opportunities and support in the delivery of complex engagements spanning a range of tax and commercial issues.
- Manage junior team members to deliver client engagements, including investing time in developing and upskilling the team.
- Contribute to winning new work through proactively managing existing clients, undertaking new business development initiatives, and responding to competitive tenders.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, for example, thought leadership, people initiatives, or business development.

Ideally, you’ll also have ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA; or Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training Course; or Law qualification; or CFA; or breadth of knowledge equivalent to a Tax specialist qualification. Proven ability to read and interpret existing and new tax statute.
