The communications and engagement team develop communications and engagement programmes that activate our brand and our purpose internally, so that our partners and people feel connected, understand the role they play in EY's success and do so in a place where they belong.
The Communications and Engagement Manager will be responsible for improving our communications for the management of delivery of key internal communications activities in partnership with the business. The individual portfolio may be aligned to a specific service line, firmwide communications or our geographies. You will work collaboratively and think strategically, able to see the bigger picture, with extensive experience and understanding of a range of channels including events, video and webcasts, email, news stories, intranet, digital design and social media. You will need to develop and maintain a deep understanding of your business area’s strategic agenda and outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our assigned area of the business team to deliver effective and engaging communications.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and support them in engaging with people and Partners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from the Communications & Engagement team and the business to create and deliver the innovation in approach and delivery.
- Support the information and messaging sharing across the communications function to ensure alignment and efficiency of delivery.
- Create communications campaigns that engage the audience using a range of innovative channels including - but not limited to - events, calls, webcasts and email.
- Use insight and measurement to continually assess success and make informed recommendations for communications and engagement.
- Manage internal and external suppliers to deliver channels where applicable.
- Manage communications budget where needed.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience of working in professional services or matrix organisations or large corporates.
- Five years’ experience in a communications team or agency.
- Experience in creating and delivering successful engagement campaigns.
