You’ll gain hands‑on skills, take on a group cross-sub-service line case study, and experience a dynamic career in Tax.

Core skills for success

  • Curiosity and motivation – Ask questions and build your understanding of how Tax works in real business scenarios across different organisations.

  • Ownership and accountability – Deliver accurate work you can stand behind, taking feedback on board to improve quality and confidence.
  • Digital, Data and AI Fluency – Use technology and data in a practical way to support how tax work is delivered and solutions are developed.
