The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Senior Immigration Manager to deliver strategic, compliant solutions for global clients while leading team development and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on UK immigration law, visa categories, eligibility, and settlement pathways.
- Prepare and review applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Guide clients on sponsorship licensing, compliance audits, and right-to-work checks.
- Manage client engagements end-to-end, maintaining proactive communication and data accuracy.
- Lead and mentor junior team members; support recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EY’s risk, quality, and engagement procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, billing, and financial targets.
- Identify business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and share best practices.
