The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our FS Reward team. EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) Tax practice is proud to partner with leading Financial Services organisations, helping them harness the power of their people and enabling exceptional performance. This is an exciting time to support clients who rely on us for high‐quality technical and strategic reward guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management of client relationships.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing consistently high levels of service.
  • Contributing to the delivery of reward projects and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Supporting the day‐to‐day delivery of both compliance and advisory client services.
  • Contributing to business development activities by proactively managing existing clients.
  • Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.
  • Acting as a trusted team member by supporting, developing and counselling junior staff.
