The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our UK Inbound Immigration team. You will play a key role in managing client engagements, driving operational excellence, and providing expert immigration advice to global businesses. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role offering exposure to high-profile corporate clients and the chance to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
EY's Global Immigration team is the world's largest single-brand provider of immigration services. We deliver business immigration solutions for multinational clients, supporting work visa applications, extensions, and compliance matters for employees relocating globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality immigration advice and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with immigration regulations and EY risk policies.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities.
- Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billing, and cash collection.
- Research and apply current immigration developments and policy changes to client solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal training, communications, and service offerings.
- Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Experienced immigration professional, ideally with expertise in UK Skilled Worker/GBM category.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple deadlines.

- Proficient in MS Office, BIT, and immigration case management software.
