That will mean using your technical knowledge and client facing skills, working within teams to help clients make strategic and operational changes to their businesses. We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong product and delivery mindset who understands how business requirements are translated into practical technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines financial crime domain knowledge with experience supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change initiatives. You will work across product, strategy, design and implementation engagements, helping clients transform capabilities across KYC/CDD, onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring, sanctions, fraud and wider financial crime ecosystems.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the definition and shaping of product and capability designs across financial crime transformation programmes
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Support requirement gathering, prioritisation activities and backlog management
- Collaborate with business SMEs, technology teams, architects and delivery functions to support successful outcomes
- Contribute to the development of target operating models, future-state solution designs and agile delivery approaches
- Support the development of product roadmaps, tracking dependencies, risks and delivery milestones
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, agents, automation and modern platforms to address financial crime challenges
- Contribute to transformation business cases and support the development of future-state financial crime visions
- Deliver workstreams and project activities across a variety of financial crime engagements
- Support business development activities through research, proposal development and creation of reusable assets and collateral
- Coach and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

To qualify for the role you must have:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, Project Consultant or equivalent role within Financial Services or Consulting
- A good understanding of the financial crime ecosystem, including AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud and emerging technology trends
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements, regulatory drivers and operational challenges into solution requirements
- The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working on transformation, technology implementation or change delivery programmes
- Strong academic background, ideally to a degree level or equivalent
- Flexibility to travel and work full-time on assignments, as necessary
Ideally, you'll also have:
- A background in financial services with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g. AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud) and experience supporting technology transformation initiatives
- Experience working with or supporting emerging technologies within banks, including AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation and advanced analytics
- Professional certifications such as Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum or Financial Crime qualifications
- Exposure to modern technology platforms, data solutions and digital transformation programmes
