We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our international tax services team, recognised as leaders in international tax advisory and cross‑border M&A. You will work with some of the largest corporations worldwide, advising them on international tax planning and M&A deals within our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) Practice focusing on the Energy sector. You’ll collaborate with sector‑leading Partners and a high‑performing team that has advised on many high‑profile, market‑leading transactions. Energy is a vibrant, dynamic, strategically important sector that is driving activity in traditional and low‑carbon energy, requiring significant investment from both new and existing sources of capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage and deliver international tax services engagements, taking a professional, practical, commercial approach and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high levels of client service.
  • Spot opportunities and involve colleagues to continuously develop our commercial proposition to clients.
  • Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to new work and engagements.

  • Experience working on international tax projects.
  • Project‑management skills, ability to plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and monitor own budget.
