The Opportunity
As a Senior Thematic Insights Analyst for Demographics and Talent, you will be an expert in demographics and talent topics, leading specific programs and delivering high-impact analysis and insights on demographic and talent trends. You will provide analytical support and strategic advice to clients and EY leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong internal brand and become recognized within EY as a leader and subject matter expert.
- Engage with senior domain stakeholders to provide commercial perspectives and prepare insightful analysis.
- Participate in client meetings and represent the firm at selected events.
- Collaborate with domain stakeholders and colleagues across Insights, Clients, and Industries.
- Proactively support the development of the Insights strategy for the domain.
- Lead the creation of specific insights leveraging EY’s proprietary knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for cross-domain collaboration and share insights.
- Synthesize diverse perspectives and sources to develop compelling insights driven to results.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to provide analytic insights.
- Coach less-experienced team members to improve research, analysis, data analytics, and visualization skills.

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges vary by geography, e.g., US $138,200–$266,000; NYC $165,800–$302,300. Benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid model: most external, client-serving roles work together in person 40–60% of the time. Flexible vacation policy with EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Family Care, etc.
