The opportunity is part of the Global Deals Hub, where the Pursuit Resource Center (PRC) team drives pursuit excellence across service lines, regions, and sectors. In this role, you will actively support our pursuit innovation strategy and contribute directly to the products and services that make pursuit efforts more effective. You will be empowered to shape the way pursuit teams access and leverage bestâinâclass materials, ensuring that client servers have the tools they need to succeed. Your key responsibilities:
- Maintain pursuit excellence across your domain by ensuring that pursuit selfâhelp strategies meet the evolving needs of pursuit teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador, increasing awareness and adoption of EY's pursuit selfâhelp products and services among domain teams and requestors.
- Coâdevelop and deliver presentations and training on pursuit excellence to all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute content and expertise to inâscope RFPs and proposals, ensuring highâquality responses that reflect leading practices and lessons learned.
- Assist with pursuit content processes, including outreach, harvesting, and curation, to ensure materials align with business priorities and are easily accessible.
- Maintain and enhance EY's curated global library of best practice pursuit content, PRC tools, and enablers, while providing highâtouch pursuit support.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, coâdelivering practical solutions and actively promoting the value and impact of the PRC.
- Supervise, coach, and guide junior team members to deliver initiatives and support dayâtoâday operations.
- Develop insights from KPIs and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of pursuit selfâhelp in your domain.
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and optimisation of EY's pursuit selfâhelp resources.

What we look for:
We are seeking candidates with a university degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in pursuits, knowledge, or client service. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience at EY and a strong understanding of the EY pursuit process, methods, tools, and enablers. Familiarity with service line, field of play, and EY solutions is highly valued. We look for individuals who demonstrate a passion for pursuit excellence, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to innovate and deliver impactful results.
