The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with a portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions where we transform IT, HR, Customer Service, Cyber, Risk, GBS, or other capabilities through the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage on-site and remote teams to deliver insightful solutions, balance priorities whilst ensuring on-time and on-budget engagements.
- Be empowered to lead a range of initiatives, projects, and programmes to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers through the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the shaping, delivery, and financial aspects of these engagements to time and budget using Agile or other delivery methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions using the platform to understand client challenges and demonstrate the potential solutions and outcomes.
- Build effective relationships with clients; using your expertise to positively impact engagements and stakeholders.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and good practice development, working with the UK, EMEA, and Global teams.
- Coach and develop others, acting as a positive role model for our people and clients.

- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders, fostering commitment and understanding.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to ServiceNow projects and broader Digital Transformation programmes.
- Experience across ServiceNow solutions and/or other SaaS/PaaS tools.
