What you\’ll do:

Lead and inspire diverse teams on complex D365 Finance projects

Translate business needs into impactful Microsoft solutions

Drive workshops, demos, and solution design

Mentor and develop talent, fostering an inclusive culture

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results

Champion best practices and continuous improvement

What we\’re looking for:

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (AX/D365)

Strong understanding of finance processes and KPIs

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Nice to have:

Professional finance qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)

Certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI
