We are seeking an exceptional Manager to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation team to focus on driving and delivering value for our clients via Technology Transformation. In this role, you will work on discrete consulting projects as well as large scale technology transformations. This position requires a blend of functional and technology skills as well as business acumen, and excellence in stakeholder management to address complex business challenges effectively.
How You Can Deliver Impact For Our Clients
We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record of collaborating with clients to identify key challenges and develop business cases to address them. The ideal candidate will have hands-on enterprise architecture experience across the lead-to-cash value chain, including Marketing, Sales, Order Fulfilment, Billing, Payments, and Service Management.
Experience in designing and implementing Marketing and Sales applications, particularly CRMs, Product Catalogs, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, is essential. We are looking for someone with expertise across the entire delivery lifecycle, from commercial aspects and customer experience to back-office operations. A critical requirement is the ability to lead internal teams to achieve deliverables outlined in statements of work while identifying opportunities for additional sales.
The role involves facilitating workshops and discovery sessions, presenting innovative technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and impact. You will conduct assessments of current and target state architectures and develop roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations.
Collaboration with functional and technical resources across the IT landscape—including data, platforms, testing, and solution architecture—is key to defining effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will participate in preparing compelling bid responses and proposals as part of the solution sales lifecycle.

This role provides the opportunity to gain experience and leverage your extensive technology expertise in diverse projects, each presenting its own unique challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- 5+ years of work experience in technical / enterprise architecture role.
- Proven client experience in delivering projects utilising both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience of designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints.
- IT application design, Marketing, Product Catalog, CRM and customer telephony experience.
- TOGAF, TM Forum, SAFe, ITIL experience is desirable but not essential.
