We are seeking an AI Product Manager to join our consulting practice, driving the development and deployment of cutting‑edge AI solutions for our clients across Infrastructure and energy sectors. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder management excellence to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI products.

Your client impact

  • Define and drive AI product strategy aligned with client business objectives and industry‑specific challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for AI Products that deliver measurable business value.
  • Develop product roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic priorities into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions and present complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences with clarity and impact.
  • Work closely with client teams to translate business priorities into actionable product requirements.
  • Support prioritisation of features based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects and AI strategists to define technical solutions to business problems.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and quality standards are met by collaborating with technical teams responsible for data lifecycle management.
  • Lead agile product development teams in a consulting environment including management of product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across technology, design, and business teams.
  • Support the preparation of compelling bid responses and proposals as part of solution sales lifecycle.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies and advise on their strategic relevance to client solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following industries: Infrastructure, Capital delivery, Asset Management and energy.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering AI products from concept to production at scale.
  • Experience managing AI product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, UiPath, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Ability to foster growth and high performance among product teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills: Capable of translating complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Skilled in facilitation and workshop design, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups around a unified product vision.
  • Continuous learning mindset - Commitment to staying ahead of rapidly evolving AI technologies, product management practices, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect technical product capabilities to business outcomes and articulate how they drive measurable value.

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience with generative AI, Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI enabled automation.
  • Product management certifications (CSPO, CPM, or similar).
  • Prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm or top‑tier strategy/tech consultancy.
  • Published thought leadership or speaking engagements in AI/product management.
  • Experience supporting Senior Leadership in managing vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
  • Experience contributing to proposals and supporting pre‑sales activities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act) for AI products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and climate change challenges across industries.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following sectors: Energy, Government, Transport, Power and Utilities, Telco and Media.
  • Experience working in industry, government or a management consultancy environment.
  • Ability to analyse data and deliver insightful, practical solutions.
  • Experience of managing teams, including internal staff, clients and wider stakeholders.
  • Experience of delivering presentations to senior audiences.
  • Skills and experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management.
