Programme Overview
At EY, we’re committed to offering opportunities for all. We live in a diverse world and believe our workplace should reflect this. We’ve designed a programme for students in their first year of university (or second year on a four-year course), that will give you the tools and experience to support you in your career journey.
Our Black Heritage in Business programme is aimed at raising awareness with students of Black Heritage. By Black Heritage, we are referring to students who might identify as Black, Black British, Caribbean, African, or Mixed Black ethnic groups. This programme allows students to develop their skills and strengths and meet inspiring members of our EY Black Community.
What You Will Be Doing
Taking place in April 2026, you’ll participate in an insight experience and exciting activities that give you a taste of life at EY. EY will cover the cost of reasonable travel expenses, and provide a one off.
