The TMT team at EY-Parthenon has exciting opportunities. You'll work with a high‑performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of high‑profile transactions with leading Corporate and Private Equity clients undertaking Financial Diligence. Your key responsibilities

  • Understand key revenue, profitability drivers, co‑develop approaches with clients, agree on value measurements, and provide insights, conclusions and advice.
  • Project‑manage teams, collaborate with all members, and build internal and external networks across the Financial Diligence and broader TMT service lines.
  • Understand the drivers and equity story for the target business.
  • Use your sector skills to plan engagements, scope work and monitor team progress.
  • Share technical knowledge and support the team and department.
  • Act as a business advisor delivering sector‑specific advice and maintain strong client contact.
  • Build internal and external networks through personal contacts.
  • Understand EY’s capabilities and identify opportunities to sell additional services.
  • Play a role in business‑plan initiatives (e.g., key accounts, recruitment, client service framework).
  • Take responsibility for learning and development, coach others, and participate in feedback.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience within the TMT sector, ideally with a sub‑sector specialisation.
  • Desire to work on transformational deals with global clients.
  • Ability to gather, verify and analyse information to formulate conclusions.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning, preparing and reviewing deliverables (written reports, presentations, client discussions).
  • Supportive culture for junior members, assisting their development.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • TMT sector knowledge and accounting experience.
  • Business development experience.
  • Preferred ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience (including financial due diligence).
  • A passion to provide high‑quality service to clients.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Effective time management, able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Team‑player ability to build relationships at all levels across the firm.
