You are the business-facing owner for a NextGen AI area such as Reasoning Models or Vibe Coding. These are innovations that can underpin EY’s reasoning capabilities or change how our developers write software. You may lead on concepts such as chain of thought reasoning, deep research, and other capabilities that can augment at a higher level how our people do their work.
You will work with our engineers to deliver rapid prototypes and light pilots that prove value. You own intake, prioritization, scope, KPIs, acceptance and ensure we learn quickly without compromising compliance. You partner with Engineering; report progress and risks to leadership; represent business stakeholders daily, and engage with our account teams and clients on the area you lead.

- Governed Experimentation: Safe sandboxes with high compliance guardrails so we learn quickly without compromising compliance.
- Work with our clients: We engage with client-facing professionals to test pilots with customers and ensure value.
What You'll Do
- Backlog ownership: Maintain the product backlog across prototype → pilot → MVP.
- Delivery management: Plan short sprints; align pod staffing; manage dependencies.
- Governance & compliance: Coordinate reviews and sign-offs.
- Stakeholder comms: Prepare exec updates, release notes, demo narratives; escalate issues early with options/impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years in product leadership, consulting, or program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements and to manage engineering teams at pace and operating at a good cadence.
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and enterprise constraints (privacy, security, etc).
- Excellent written/verbal communication; executive stakeholder presence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in regulated domains.
- Experience running pilots and driving change management in client environments.
