EY is seeking a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead strategic design and delivery of a market-leading candidate experience.
You will oversee CRM/ATS platforms, drive engagement insights and partner across Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence to strengthen EY’s talent pipelines and employer brand.
