The opportunity involves a vacancy for a Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Lawyer within the Commercial Team, which forms part of our General Counsel's Office, based in our primary London office at London Bridge. Our Commercial Team supports our entire UK business, dealing with clients across various sectors from global banks to technology providers, pharma, defence, and government bodies. The work is diverse and ever-changing.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on, drafting, and negotiating contracts, such as Master Services Agreements and Global Framework Agreements.
  • Managing large complex commercial contracts related to an increasingly diverse range of services.
  • Handling managed services and outsourcing agreements.
  • Drafting collaboration agreements and software licensing agreements.
  • Providing legal advice on government and public sector agreements.
  • Advising on the use of technology, including GenAI, and the provision of technology-related services.
  • Supporting tenders and RFP responses.
  • Providing legal advice to the firm's service lines and internal support functions.
