Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tax audit work.
• Build strong client relationships within the current and target client base.
• Manage the delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business‑driven approach.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end process for clients in your portfolio, from opportunity identification to delivery.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for clients.
• Provide insightful advice on a range of tax issues.
• Ensure a high level of client service.
• Identify opportunities and assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to attracting new clients.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• ACA / ACCA / CA / CTA / law or equivalent qualification (or breadth of knowledge equivalent).
• Thorough understanding of UK corporation tax issues.
• Experience in a compliance and reporting environment, either within practice or industry.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with current and potential clients.
• Project management experience.
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Commitment to deliver results.
• Experience in an FS tax environment.
• Desire to take on responsibility; ability to motivate a team and manage, mentor, and train junior staff.
