EY in Leeds is seeking a 2nd Line IT support specialist for On-site Technology Support (OSTS). You’ll be the face of EY Technology, resolving incidents, supporting Windows/M365, hardware and mobile devices, and ensuring excellent client service.
You'll work in a proactive, organised team, prioritising workloads, and communicating clearly with customers at all levels. Travel to other EY offices may be required; role requires physical presence in EY offices.
