We are looking for an experienced Digital Portfolio Manager to lead the transformation of ey.com in the UK. You will work within a three‑member team to set a content and experience strategy that supports brand, sales, corporate and regulatory objectives. Your role includes building stakeholder relationships, providing AI‑driven recommendations, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of high‑impact content.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Agree clear objectives with business and BMC stakeholders for the portfolio of priority products and services on ey.com.
  • Create data‑based strategy for content and journeys that maximises traffic and engagement, covering content strategy, site performance, SEO and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend client journeys and target actions to stakeholders, ensuring smooth hand‑off and measuring response.
  • Maintain close relationships with global teams, reviewing globally created content for UK activation.
  • Balance proactive content recommendations with business requests within team capacity.
  • Identify and champion AI tools that enhance messaging and delivery speed.
  • Brief Digital Content Managers on site‑ready content, including editing business‑created material, localising global content or creating UK‑specific content.
  • Project‑manage new content from brief through page build to publishing.
  • Ensure all service and product pages remain up‑to‑date, including value propositions, contact details and internal links.
  • Work with page builders on QA processes pre‑publication.
  • Deliver any regulatory‑required materials within the portfolio on schedule.
  • Ensure pages meet brand standards while simplifying the process for business users.
  • Coordinate with Digital Technical Manager to maintain page integrity, including removal of broken links.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and copy drafting efficiently.
  • Deliver regular performance updates on site performance, including traffic, search rankings and competitor benchmarking.
  • Translate data insights into recommendations for site changes or content updates.

  • Experience working with digital content creation and page‑building teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital activation of product content and user journeys.
  • Excellent project‑management capability, including technical requirements gathering and resource planning.
  • Ability to generate quality reporting across digital channels and create insight and attribution models.
  • Experience in large/matrix B2B organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements and building strong relationships.
