EY is seeking a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager to lead the design and delivery of a market-leading candidate experience across EY’s talent acquisition lifecycle. You’ll provide leadership of the Candidate Experience function, delivering high-quality, personalised engagement for active and passive talent.
Working with Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence, you’ll drive CRM and ATS innovation, embed insight-led engagement, and enable scalable, efficient recruitment.
