We are seeking a Learning Business Partner to join the EY Global Learning function. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for EY‑Parthenon, with a global scope across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partner and manage relationships for EY‑Parthenon Learning.
  • Understand the service line’s direction, required skills, and knowledge, and define and maintain effective learning curricula.
  • Manage and maintain the curriculum plan and catalog for a portion of the portfolio, reviewing and updating existing catalogs and aligning Global and Regional catalogs to avoid duplication.
  • Identify and assess skill needs or engage Design colleagues to determine optimal learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to reduce learning duplication across client portfolios and between global and regional initiatives.
  • Approve learning solution plans, confirming scope, approach, and resource model required for delivery.
  • Work with regional portfolio design and deployment teams to ensure agreed learning solutions are deployed on schedule.
  • Ensure business stakeholders provide necessary inputs for timely learning design initiatives.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders about the learning portfolio’s progress throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships outside learning (e.g., Talent Development, Strategic Talent Consultants, Knowledge) to propose holistic solutions.
  • Deliver reporting on learning performance against approved metrics and highlight and resolve issues.
  • Promote a strong ‘one team’ culture in learning and collaborate with other leaders to build a high‑performing team.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Extensive experience serving clients in the professional services sector, including Big Four and strategy consultancies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of EY‑Parthenon’s business and EY’s All In strategy.
  • Experience using AI in learning workflows and understanding its impact on learner activities.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning innovation, experimentation, and curiosity.
  • Knowledge of talent and learning strategies, with experience in implementing them effectively.
  • Understanding of human performance improvement (HPI) principles and application of root‑cause analysis to recommend training and non‑training solutions.
  • Commitment to optimizing learning processes and standards.
  • Ability to forge relationships with senior leaders and align learning solutions with business priorities.
  • Strong consulting, project management, organizational, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in learning technology and related talent systems.
  • Willingness to travel globally and work alternative hours due to the role’s global nature.
