The opportunity
The UKI Talent Team is entering a pivotal period of transformation – reshaping our operating model, strengthening performance and innovation, and driving cultural and behavioural change to meet the future needs of the Super Region. We are seeking a Talent Transformation PMO (Associate Director/Senior Manager) who will play a critical role in enabling the success of this transformation. Reporting to the UKI Talent Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for the programme management office (PMO) that underpins the delivery of key initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our talent transformation initiatives are delivered with precision, agility and measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the PMO framework for Talent Transformation, embedding governance, structure, and programme discipline across all talent transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap, tracking milestones, interdependencies and delivery against priorities.
- Oversee the execution of transformation initiatives (policies, processes, systems, organisational changes), ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and to required quality.
- Drive programme reporting, providing timely updates on progress, risks, issues and impact to the Talent Transformation Leader and senior stakeholders.
- Manage risk, issue and dependency registers, recommending mitigation strategies and ensuring accountability for resolution.
- Coordinate with Talent SMEs to ensure consistency, alignment and follow-through across initiatives.
- Support organisational transformation and restructuring programmes, ensuring structured planning, communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and measure programme success, tracking KPIs and outcomes to ensure progress is visible and benefits are realised.
- Act as a centre of excellence for programme/project management within Talent, embedding best practices, tools and methodologies.
- Partner with colleagues across UKI, Super Region and Global Talent to ensure alignment and share best practices.
- Lead and coach project managers and team members, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all transformation initiatives, maintaining ethical and legal considerations.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for transformation initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources.

- Proven programme/project management expertise, ideally in HR/Talent or transformation contexts.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance project tracking and reporting capabilities.

To qualify for the role, you will have
- Significant programme/project management experience, ideally within HR/Talent transformation or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, cross‑functional transformation programmes.
- Experience in establishing and managing PMO functions, including governance, reporting and performance tracking.
- Understanding of Talent/HR operating models, transformation and process optimisation.
- Experienced working in professional services or similarly complex, matrixed organisations is desirable.
