The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This position will play a key role in strategy design and execution within one of 6 Global Industries. Part of the Clients & Industries global team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regions, valuing their insights and expertise to drive meaningful change. Together, we will ensure that our operating model aligns with strategic objectives and enhances our service delivery to clients.
The Industry Strategy & Execution Lead plays a pivotal role in driving growth, connectivity and strategy execution of the Industry. This position is dedicated to convening and collaborating across the Regions and Service Lines to drive joint prioritization, capital allocation and growth of our Premier and Strategic Account portfolio. The position reports to the Global Industry & Accounts Growth Leader and is a permanent role.
Your key responsibilities
- Connect and collaborate: Be ‘the glue’ driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Industry, solving challenges and helping to formulate strategies that drive growth and realize market opportunities. Align cross-functional efforts with global and region leadership and lead on stakeholders and community engagement with BMC and sector GTM teams.
- Drive growth of strategic and premier accounts: Oversee all large, strategically important opportunities to drive exponential growth of the industry and oversee capital allocation across all sectors in collaboration with the Global Industry Leader, SR and SL ILs, ensuring investments are prioritized against set strategy.
- Lead and drive execution: Shape the vision and ambition for the Industry in collaboration with the GIL, sector leaders, SR and SL industry leaders and drive end‑to‑end execution. Understand and monitor macro‑trends across all sectors and orchestrate the strategic planning cycle to drive growth, support prioritization and deployment of solutions, accounts and capital.
- Inform firm‑wide investments: Instill a client lens and bring all parts of the firm together to ratify demand, agree joint priorities with regions and SLs that inform the firm’s investment decisions and capital allocation. Vigorously track anticipated ROI against committed investments and formulate strategies to address shortfalls and fuel growth.
- Orchestrate governance: Co‑lead industry board with the GIL, ensuring disciplined and impactful board management and industry representation on the editorial board for sector insights alignment.

What we offer you
The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. Base salary ranges for the US: $190,000 to $376,200. For specific metro areas, ranges vary (e.g., New York City Metro Area $228,000–$427,500). Individual salaries are determined by education, experience, skills and geography. Comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options. Hybrid work model: Expect 40–60% in‑person work for external, client‑serving roles. Flexible vacation policy and additional leave for personal and family care.
