The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Director to join the Financial Services Immigration team. This role will lead the delivery, growth, and transformation of immigration services for multinational clients. The position combines client advisory, business development, operational leadership, and global mobility strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the immigration service strategy with PAS leadership
- Drive growth, transformation, and innovation, including digital adoption
- Shape EY’s thought leadership and market positioning in immigration
- Advise multinational clients on immigration strategy, global mobility design, and compliance
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (HR, tax, legal, leadership)
- Lead complex, multi‑jurisdictional client engagements
- Build strong relationships across EY’s global network and external stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and drive business development
- Grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated mobility solutions
- Oversee service delivery to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability
