As the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function, we collaborate with the business to deliver innovative, future-focused, audience-centric brand, marketing and communications. We have an integrated network of over 2,500 professionals worldwide and together we are building a distinctive brand, driving growth, inspiring people, and bringing our purpose to life.
The Global BMC Growth & Innovation team plays a critical role in shaping and delivering EY’s go-to-market approach for priority solutions across firm Big Bets, including Global Managed Services (GMS), Sustainability, Innovation, data, AI and technology-enabled offerings. The team defines and activates the global brand, marketing and communications strategy across these areas, ensuring a consistent, differentiated value proposition and scalable demand generation across regions, sectors and accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client value proposition: Define and lead a compelling, buyer-centric GMS value proposition that differentiates EY in the market and supports the pursuit and conversion of priority opportunities.
- Content strategy and asset leadership: Set and oversee a global, insight-led content strategy, ensuring the development of high-impact, scalable and buyer-centric assets.
- Market activation and demand generation: Lead integrated marketing programs aligned to BMC campaigns and business development priorities to drive pipeline growth and market impact.
- Stakeholder engagement and influence: Act as a trusted advisor for the Global Managed Services leadership team, as well as extended stakeholder groups across global service line, sector, regional and account leadership, aligning marketing with business priorities and enabling growth.
- Leadership and team development: Lead and develop a high-performing BMC team, fostering collaboration, capability building and a strong performance culture.
- Change leadership and transformation: Drive the adoption of new marketing approaches and ways of working, embedding continuous improvement across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Operational excellence and governance: Own budget and financial management for GMS marketing programs, ensuring effective prioritization and compliance with EY standards.
Collaboration and teaming:
Collaborate across wider BMC teams including Brand, Analyst Relations, PR and Communications to drive shared outcomes and measurable impact.

- Strong experience in B2B, technology-driven or solutions marketing.
- Proven ability to lead complex, global programs in a matrixed environment.
- Experience managing external agencies and delivering high-impact campaigns.
