We are looking for a creative, driven and experienced digital leader who will transform EY.com in the UK to deliver an exceptional client experience. The role will lead a team of 14 people across the UK and India and will be accountable for redesigning, creating and delivering a UK digital experience that aligns with Global web guidelines, supports brand and sales objectives, and converts site visits into conversations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Agree clear objectives with business and BMC stakeholders to support brand and sales for priority products and services.
  • Create a data‑based strategy for content and journeys to maximise traffic and engagement, including SEO, competitor analysis and site performance.
  • Recommend and deliver client journeys and target actions, ensuring alignment with sales teams and measuring response.
  • Prioritise inbound requests for ey.com content to support business strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement AI tools to enhance relevance and engagement of EY.com content.
  • Work with stakeholders to keep product and service pages up to date, maintain taxonomy and technical aspects, and ensure smooth site operation.
  • Lead Digital Portfolio Managers and Digital Content Managers to agree on content plans, manage the global content pipeline, and deliver localised or new materials.
  • Deliver all regulatory‑required content within tight timeframes.
  • Build and publish materials using page builders on a clear schedule.
  • Champion AI tools to improve content creation efficiency.
  • Deliver regular performance updates on traffic, search rankings, on‑site behaviour and benchmarking.
  • Ensure data is shared with stakeholders and translated into site/content recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of technology advances and recommend how they impact ey.com/uk.
  • Lead the development of AI tools and test‑and‑learn programmes.

  • Build and lead a high‑performing digital team that is collaborative, innovative and delivers excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with Global BMC and EMEIA colleagues to influence and shape digital strategy.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and resilience to lead a transformation programme in a complex organisation.
  • Established experience in a similar role (degree in a relevant field or professional qualifications not mandatory).
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of website design (preferably Adobe AEM), UX, SEO, marketing automation and leading digital content creation teams.
  • A strong track record in leadership and strategic management.
  • Experience working in large/matrix B2B organisations and balancing stakeholder requirements.
