EY is seeking a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role leads the strategic design and delivery of a market-leading, technology-enabled candidate experience across EYβs talent acquisition lifecycle, partnering with Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence.
You will oversee CRM and ATS platforms (Beamery and SuccessFactors), coach a high-performing team, and drive data-led engagement, automation and AI-enabled improvements to scalable.
