We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Managers to join our People Consulting Team. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients. Your key responsibilities You will develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client / organisational goals and best practices. You will be experienced in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation You will design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs. You will have experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients You will lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects. You will incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness. You will implement programme evaluation frameworks / mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities. This entails understanding potential client’s needs and supporting business proposals. To qualify for the role, you must Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes. Be experienced in using relevant training / L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies. Experience in Oracle training is preferrable Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise. Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions. Be pragmatic – taking a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement. Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions. Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives. Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation. Have proven experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
