That’s where you come in. At our innovation and collaboration centre in Canary Wharf, we co-create highly impactful immersive experiences. We’re now recruiting an Experience Design Manager / Facilitator to join the team.

The role

You will be a core member of our design and facilitation team, working directly with senior Financial Services clients to develop and deliver workshops that accelerate strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver client experiences by collaborating with clients and account teams to create and execute high-profile events.
• Identify and articulate desired outcomes by working closely with clients to define their goals.
• Manage projects by overseeing logistics and strategic planning for events.
• Lead group facilitation during workshops, including activities, discussions, and ice breakers.
• Utilize collaboration tools such as Mural and Miro to enhance participation and efficiency.
• Produce post-event deliverables of high quality.
• Build and foster relationships with clients and the wider business.
• Support team growth and development.

Target Skills & Attributes for Success

• Experience designing, managing, and delivering large workshops for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-Suite leaders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, public speaking, and managing complex stakeholder dynamics in both in-person and virtual settings.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in design thinking or workshop facilitation.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for impactful touches.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and quick learning of new tools and technologies.
• Empathy, patience, collaboration, and leadership under pressure.

Ideally, also have experience or interests in:

• Professional services or consulting.
• Storytelling, improvisation, systems thinking, coaching, leadership development, game development, business development, graphic design, human-centred design, financial services, experience design, facilitation, CX, virtual/hybrid events, participant journeys, high-performing teams, collaboration.
