EY is recruiting a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role leads a technology-enabled candidate experience across the talent acquisition lifecycle and partners with Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence to strengthen EY’s employer brand in competitive markets.
The role requires strategic leadership of the Candidate Experience function, driving innovation in CRM/ATS usage, data-driven engagement and scalable recruitment.
