We need to attract talent to serve our clients across our service lines: Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon, and Tax. Employer brand activations play a crucial part in articulating why EY should be the employer of choice.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an employer brand professional to help reframe how talent views EY and deliver our employer value proposition, ensuring we are a place where careers are built.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an overarching Employer Brand strategy for EY in the UK that closes brand gaps, improves brand attributes and builds a community of engaged, prospective talent—particularly for experienced hires.
- Support recruitment and candidate engagement teams with tools, guidance and training to empower them as brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to proactively deliver employer brand activities throughout the year.
- Actively participate in the employer brand team, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment and a positive learning culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent branding efforts and shared objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge of recruiting, talent and employer brand trends to influence conversations and be a trusted SME.
- Develop content for various channels, including social media, career websites and recruitment materials, to promote the employer brand.
- Support reporting and measurement to demonstrate the impact of activities on brand metrics and drive continuous improvement.
