Programme Overview We support our clients to understand and manage their cyber security risk, secure their data and systems, detect and manage their threats and vulnerabilities, and embed operational resilience. As part of the Technology Consulting team, we help organisations tackle their security challenges, support risk-based decision making, bolster data security and cyber defences, and strengthen their ability to recover from incidents. We help clients embed core regulatory requirements across operational and technology resilience, including implementing resilience programmes, performing scenario testing, conducting crisis simulations, and support across lines of defence to help firms comply with regulations and embed resilience by design.
