We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our Life Sciences Commercial Technology practice. This role focuses on leveraging technology to enable data‑driven business transformation within the Life Sciences Commercial sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Veeva or Salesforce as well as other commercial technology solutions in the Life Sciences industry, coupled with strong consulting and leadership skills to guide clients through complex transformations.
Your Client Impact
- Lead consulting engagements focused on commercial technology transformation for Life Sciences clients.
- Define and implement strategies that align technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex technology‑enabled transformations.
- Bring EY thought leadership and global best practices to help clients achieve commercial effectiveness and growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
- Support change management initiatives to embed technology‑driven culture across client organisations.

Essential Qualifications
- STEM degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in technology consulting within the Life Sciences sector or from within the Life Sciences industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors), with a strong understanding of the commercial landscape from both business and technology perspectives.
- Proven track record of managing engagement teams and client relationships.
- Expertise in commercial transformation technologies, data analytics, and major CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
- Ability to design operating models and organisational structures for technology functions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to Life Sciences.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Stakeholder management skills, including facilitation and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
